OUR FOOD
This is one of the Famous areas of our Hospitality. All (or nearly) all our food is grown in the Lowlands Valley.
Breakfast on the Verandah overlooking the Valley with fresh Home made Mussili, Hot fresh Homemade bread ,Home butter and Homemade Jam or Marmalade. Fresh fruit and, Home made Fruit juice. Nomusa Shabalala our breakfast cook will whip up a most fantastic cooked breakfast including organically grown Tomatoes, Mushrooms, along with the Famous Eskort Bacon or Sausages Boerwors and Farm fresh Eggs. Our Breakfast menu is definitely worth a try.
Lunches are usually light, including Homegrown salads Cold Meats Local Cheese's and Fresh Breads. Or in winter warm soups and hearty stews.
Jane is a Vegetarian and cooks up the most wonderful Vegetarian dishes imaginable. Shaun prefers meat and does some amazing Variations on Roasts, Steaks , Fish and Venison, all worth a Try! Kenneth 10 Years old is a specialist in Home Made Pasta , so the menus are refreshing Different and mostly Organic. We are very health conscious in our Kitchen. No preservatives in our food, only Fresh Cream, Fresh Meat ,Home Made Ice Cream. Farm Eggs and lots more. Special Diets with no Gluten or other Goodies will be easy for our Kitchen to handle as all our menu's are tailored to your needs. Come and try us out.
